These are things that don't fit in any other section, believe it or not.
Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee
Oh, nothing, just my entire childhood right here, that's all. This and the game that's next in this list, man, they were the best. This is a godzilla fighting game, not as polished as the future ones but still a classic nonetheless. I love this a lot but I'm stumped on what to say. I mean, I guess I could demonstrate my love for it by telling you how when I was young I'd take this case around and point out the monsters and explain all of them in detail to anyone who would listen. Disc is still intact and playable.
Godzilla: Save the Earth
Honestly, the best of this game trilogy. I think it has the best controls and best balancing of the three, and has some cute mini-games too. Like, this is the one where you're first able to catch thrown buildings and have beam battles, right? Amazing changes, just excellent. Disc is still intact and playable.
Godzilla: Unleashed
The final part of the trilogy, while the ps2 version is objectively worse than the wii version, having less monsters and wonky controls, this is still the one I've got. Disc is still intact and playable, but I prefer to emulate this game anyways. That's why I have a special fondness for it now, it's slightly more in-depth story with different endings plus the ease of emulation means this is the one I've played most in the past years. And since I use dolphin emulator, I can make custom skins for all the monsters too. And make custom skins is something I sure did, maybe someday I'll make a page dedicated to all the custom skins I made, and even more perhaps I'll actually write out the detailed fanfiction I made up based on this game. In my fanfic, king ghidorah is the main character and it follows the tyrant ending where he kills everyone and remakes the world in his image, but it ends with one of godzillas cells, blown away in the battle that killed him, beginning to regenerate in the form of kamata-kun...
Anyways yeah this case got mauled by a dog and the booklet is gone, but the interesting thing is because the booklet is gone I can see the Hollywood Video receipt that was taped inside the container. For you young whippersnappers out there, Hollywood Video was a Blockbuster competitor, it was a place you'd go in real life to rent out movies and games. I remember, my father and I exhausted the little giant monster section of the shelf, most of the movies were shit but hey, at least I widened my horizons, right?
King of the Monsters
I think this is the only disc I have for a godzilla film, everything else is on vhs tapes. And usually not official ones, my dad would tape record them when they were on the TV or something, I don't quite remember. Those are all probably still in my parents attic! As is the rest of this collection, I'd say. There's certainly a few missing pieces that I'm sure will turn up eventually...
Anyways KOTM is my favorite of the legendary godzilla movies so far, and one of my favorite godzilla movies period. They taped a lot of shit to the cardboard box which kind've ruined it, but whatever. The plastic container is still pristine and besides, the disc is all that matters anyways.
Godzilla Socks
Incredible. Just incredible. Best merch of all time.
Godzilla Shirt
2022 birthday gift :D
Godzilla Bag
Gift from a friend! He's a bag, he's got a zipper in the back and straps to wear him like a backpack. I've upgraded his inner bag so he can hold more.
